Top drive cable

All power cables use WB-PPE series waterproof and explosion-proof connectors (up to IP68) between each section, with a working state of 600V connection and a permissible overload current of 1.5 times. The power connectors require corresponding color codes. The traveling section of the VFD power cable for top drive is composed of a three core variable frequency power cable (containing symmetrical PE wires) twisted together. It is required that the encapsulated entire cable has sufficient tensile strength, damage resistance, and flexibility. The final product is required to meet the use of multiple configurations of AC variable frequency top drive power systems in land and marine environments, with a rated voltage of 2000V, a temperature resistance of 110 ℃, and a working temperature of -50 ℃ -+55 ℃.

All control cables use WB-E series waterproof and explosion-proof connectors (up to IP66) between each section, with a working state of 600V connection. All control cables are customized with the required number and combination of cores, and the connectors can have corresponding color codes as required. The internal part of the top drive dedicated control cable travel section is composed of customized dedicated control cables twisted together. The packaged entire cable is required to have sufficient tensile strength, damage resistance, and flexibility. The final product is required to meet the use of various configurations of AC variable frequency top drive systems in land and marine environments.
